Provider Directory API
This public API provides current St. Luke's Health Plan provider directory information in the HL7 FHIR R4 format. It supports applications that help members find providers, services, facilities, and network participation information.

- Organizations and their network relationships
- Practitioners, roles, specialties, and affiliations
- Insurance plans and electronic endpoints
Standards
Resources conform to FHIR R4 (4.0.1) and the Da Vinci PDex Plan-Net Implementation Guide
v1.2.0. Responses use FHIR JSON, including Bundle results for searches and
OperationOutcome resources for errors.
Access
No authentication or registration is required. Use the Endpoints tab to review supported search parameters, inspect response schemas, and send test requests.
